Ingridients:
4 egg yolk
125 g butter
1 tbsp honey
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup almonds, blanched
3/4 cup double cream
60 g dark chocolate, melted
200 g white chocolate, melted

Directions:
1. Put melted dark chocolate in a whipping cream cone with a very small opening. Press chocolate through it t make thin lines on the bases of 6 glasses. Refrigerate until needed.
2. In a bowl, beat egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, honey and 1 tsp hot water until very thick. Add white chocolate and continue beating.
3. In another bowl, beat butter until creamy. Add egg yolks and chocolate mixture and beat until smooth.
4. Whip cream and add to chocolate mixture and stir with the spoon. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
5. Put almonds on a bking sheet and slightly toast. Leave to cool. Put a waxed paper on baking sheet and put almonds over it.
6. Heat remaining sugar with 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over low heat, without boiling until sugar dissolves stirring constantly. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, without strirring until golden brown. Pour immediatly over almonds on baking sheet.
7. Decorate chocolate mousse with whipped cream and almonds.
You can use canned or fresh fruits for decorating.

One was Bananaman. Written and voiced by Tim Brooke-Taylor, Graeme Grden and Bill Oddie, it is about a superhero.
Bananaman, however, is definitely not your straightforward superhero. [How could anything written by The Goodies themselves actually be categorised as serious??].

Bananaman is actually Eric, a very bright schoolboy, who eats a banana and transforms into Bananaman in an attempt to save the doomed world.

Interestingly, Bananaman loses whatever brains he has on assuming his superhero persona, relying instead on his sidekick, Crow.
[This bird bears an uncanny resemblence to Diablo, Maleficent's pet raven in Disney's Sleeping Beauty movie in my opinion].

Anyway, Bnanaman and Crow do eventually lampoon their way through battles with various villains such as General Blight, Dr Gloom, Auntie, Appleman and Captain Cream, etc. Very witty, totally under-rated.

You will need a bunch of the tiny variety which can be eaten without peeling. Prepare the oranges by washing them carefully and then stick a tooth pick on each one.


Roast peanuts or other nuts and/or seeds.


Crunch the nuts into small bits and pieces. Then heat up sugar (red / brown sugar will be best) on a wok to running... this is used to dip the oranges to cover the surface of the oranges. Somewhat similar than dipping strawberries in chocolade...


Dip the oranges in the melted sugar and then in the nuts! Proceed through all of the oranges one by one...


The result is a delicious sugar-nut coated orange! Yummy! smiley
